IBPSA批准由中国主办第10届建筑模拟国际会议（Building Simulation 2007），主办单位为清华大学，地点在北京。为了推动建筑模拟科学在中国的发展与应用，也是应IBPSA的建议，将于Building Simulation 2007以前成立国际建筑性能模拟学会中国分会（IBPSA-China）。IBPSA-China将以原有的中国建筑学会暖通空调专业委员会的建筑模拟学组为核心，联合中国建筑学会建筑物理分会，同时吸收其他有志于建筑模拟科学与技术发展和应用的研究人员和工程设计人员组成。

The bi-annual IBPSA conference incorporates all aspects of modeling and simulation of the built environment including building service systems. Specific topics include:

1. Theory study and model development
    1.1 Building thermal modeling
    1.2 Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
    1.3 District/building energy supply systems, such as district heating and cooling, combined heating and power systems; cooling/heating plant, cold/hot water supply systems and BCHP
